Atticus is a 6 month old Yorkie. He's a larger Yorkie and will probably be 15+ lbs as an adult. He was purchased by an elderly couple who had the best of intentions but weren't prepared for all of the work that goes along with a high energy puppy, so they surrendered him to a shelter. He's an adorable wiggle butt who has energy for days, he's very smart, crate trained, knows a few commands (sit and down), he's very sweet and is working on house training. He will need a home where the adopter is active, can handle a high energy puppy and has the patience for puppy antics. We are looking for a home for Atticus with another dog-friendly dog and no young children. He is fine with a dog savvy cat who doesn't mind being sniffed by a curious puppy.
