I'm Malcolm, and I'm a handsomely marked black and white tuxedo DSH dude with big round topaz eyes who was born in June 2017. I'm mostly black with a white blaze on my nose, a white bib, and white mittens. I was a shy but cuddly little guy when I first arrived in my foster home, but I have since matured into a friendly but reserved fellow who prefers bonding time with my cohort Michael.
I was rescued along with Michael and Maxwell from a dreary street life. I surely do prefer life indoors with its ready meals, comfy sleeping arrangements, and plenty of rooms in which to explore and play. I am particularly bonded to Michael, and although we are available individually, it would be great if you'd consider adopting us together. Two is double the fun, and we could keep each other company while you are at work or on vacation!!
Malcolm is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for his indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted. His adoption fee is $100 ($175 for the bonded pair with Michael), cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Please click the contact button if you are interested in Malcolm, and we can let you know exactly where you can meet him.
To adopt one of our cats, you must fill out our adoption application and be approved by one of our adoption counselors. To make the process more efficient, submit the online cat adoption application at https://www.bustersfriends.org/cat-adoption-application.

More about this rescue
Busters Friends, Inc. is a rescue group and non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to helping homeless and abandoned adult dogs and cats as well as puppies and kittens find permanent homes through our network of foster homes. We are not a shelter or facility, and all animals in our program are fostered by individuals who keep the animal in their residence until it is adopted. This foster care gives them specialized care in a nurturing home environment.
Busters Friends was created in memory of Jennifer Fields, who spent countless hours rescuing and fostering hundreds of Houston’s homeless animals prior to losing her battle to cancer in May 2009. As a tribute to Jennifer and her dedication, we named the group after her beloved dog Buster, who made the journey to the Rainbow Bridge in August 2008.
