Hi y'all! My name's Gene Autry! Thanks for taking a gander at my adoption profile! I have the fierce looks of a tough guy, but I'm really just a total softy…my foster ma' calls me Gene Bean. Kitty Devore rescued me and my brother like damsels in distress from Devore Shelter in July, 2017 when we were just 4 months old. Now me and my brother, Roy Rogers, have gotten over our kitty colds and we're ready to be adopted!
Everyone that meets me and Roy is always surprised by how much we both purr. It's just in my nature to be happy as a tick on a hound dog, and I purr when I'm happy, so that means I purr all the time! And boy do I like to cuddle! Any time my foster ma' sits down to relax, I have to go get some love from her. If it were up to me, she'd never sleep so she could always pet me and rub my belly. And if I'm not getting enough attention, I'll rub my face all over my foster ma and flop down on top of her to make her pay attention to me! Now when I'm not cuddling, I’m usually cavorting with my brother, Roy. We like to rumble and tumble with each other and do things like chase stuffed mice or try to catch the laser light. I get along great with all the other foster kittens and the big cats. The dog is also pretty nice to me, so I'm okay with her too!
I've been to see the doctor so I'm all caught up on my vaccinations and they said I don't have any diseases like FIV or FeLV. I've also been neutered and microchipped. So I'm pretty much ready to be adopted at any time! It would just make me sing a happy tune if me and Roy could find a forever home! We're a bonded pair and must be adopted together.
