My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Viva Whimsical Smoke is a 4 month old "faded" Redtick with beautiful and unique coloring. She was named for her whimsical attitude, defined as "playfully quaint or fanciful, especially in an appealing and amusing way," and because of her smoky color and eyes, and Viva is for “long live.”

Smoky, as her foster parents call her, is a little shy and reserved at first, but gets comfortable quickly and she loves playing with her foster sister Savannah. Smoky is very smart and is doing well with crate and house training, and lets you know when she wants out. She's still learning about life outside of a shelter, but is adjusting really well. She also does well around cats, but sometimes think their live chew toys. Smoky is waiting for her furever home and is being fostered in the DFW area.
