Buster is a sweet boy who came to us with a very bad case of kidney stones. Our vet performed surgery on him, which was a great success! You can see the HUGE kidney stones in the picture next to the dime. Those are very large stones for a human, let alone a little pup like me! Buster is now fully recovered and back to his playful self. Buster had his teeth cleaned and has beautiful teeth. He only had one tooth removed that had broken off at the gum line. We are waiting for the results of the stone analysis of which the lab will determine the composition and ultimately the source of Buster’s stone. Once the source of the stone is known (usually diet related) he potentially will require a specific diet to eliminate any future stones. Buster is currently on a prescription U/D diet to hopefully prevent the formation of additional stones. When the final tests are reviewed in the next couple of weeks, Buster will be ready for his loving new home. Buster would be best suited with a stay at home person that could provide him with the love that he so much wants to continually give.

Buster is a sweet 10 year old boy who is very outgoing and loves every human he meets. He gets along great with his fur brothers and sisters (both cats and dogs). Buster is very lively and energetic and doesn't seem like a 10 year old at all!
