My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

GLAD WE GOT THIS ONE. I NAMED HIM "BIG DADDY"

Update:  April 8.  Big Daddy is such an awesome dog...he has been to two adoption events but the perfect family hasn't come for him yet...We know he is very CALM.  He is very LAID BACK.  He is very good with CHILDREN.  He is very HAPPY.  oh, and he is very very very HANDSOME.  This is just such an amazing boy.  He deserves a look and second look.

This dog roamed the neighborhood north of town  and he is the daddy of many of the puppies we get from up there. Now that we have finally caught him, he is a really sweet dog. He was just always on the move and stayed quite busy but his baby making days are over.... Big Daddy has sown his last oats so to speak.  We promised him that he won't miss "it" at all and he will find lots of fun things to occupy his time as soon as he finds his forever family.

We can imagine children in his future and lots of time outdoors playing catch.

HERE is what the coordinator had to say about him after his FIRST adoption event:

He is a calm and friendly big guy. He likes to play and gets along well with other dogs. He is up to date on vaccines, neutered and heartworm positive. THS will cover the cost of treatment once he is adopted. Please ask and we will explain the treatment.

Today he was very well behaved, walked great on a leash, very calm and gentle, got along great with all dogs, no problem at all. He  even climbed up into Scott's lap at one point.  We think he'd be fine with kids too.
