While we don't charge a fee to submit an application we can understand why some rescues do. A lot of time is spent reviewing applications. Time that can be spent caring for the dogs. To do all that only to be told that you now aren't ready or have changed your mind is time consuming. Please read all info posted about the dogs and if we say the dogs needs a fenced yard and you don't have one please don't proceed. We also don't adopt out to home with INVISIBLE/SHOCK FENCING and can provide you some info if you would like to understand why we feel this way. Because these are rescued dogs we don't usually know who the parents are so breed listings are usually an educated guess. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE A LIFETIME COMMITMENT TO THIS PET. Abby is a 6 year old English Bulldog that was released from a puppymill into our rescue. It has been so much fun watching her learn how to be a dog. Like any Bulldog she is stubborn and mischievous... and fun!! She has so much joy when she runs and she doesn't have a tail so she wags her whole back end when she is happy. She is doing well on her housetraining but prefers you to be outside with her. She has started playing with the other dogs and is learning to walk on a leash. We think she would do best with a fenced in yard. She has been spayed and had a dental done and is now looking for just the perfect home. her adoption fee is $350.00.
