Meet TALLULAH!!
Tallulah is a 1 year old, 13 pound, spayed female terrier mix. She looks like a Cairn terrier or Norwich terrier blend.
Tallulah and her friend Tyson were found by a good Samaritan on a county road with no houses nearby. A truck was seen leaving the area and these two cuties were spotted. Likely dumped. He scooped them up to safety, and we took them into rescue. They have been acclimated to indoor living, and are ready to find their forever homes. They can be adopted together or separately
Tallulah is playful, independent, sweet, and outgoing. She isn't loud or vocal, and does excellent in a crate. Tallulah gets along with all the dogs in her foster home and would like another dog to play with. In typical terrier fashion, she shows some interest in the cats in her foster home, but has not attempted to hurt them. Tallulah has a pleasant personality, and has been fun to have around. She is a smart girl, and would likely do well in a training class. She does her potty business outside when kept on a consistent schedule.
Tallulah is heartworm negative, current on vaccinations and flea and heartworm preventive, and is micro-chipped. She comes with a health certificate to travel.
Tallulah's preferred home has a secure fenced in yard she can play in supervised, another doggie playmate, and because she is active, no kids under 8 please.
Tallulah is currently in a foster home in San Antonio TX and can be transported to your area once adopted. All adopters must meet requirements.
Tallulah is available through Lytle Animal Allies. Her adoption fee is $185, and transport fee to the East coast via Rescue Road Trips is $185.
