Bear suffers from anxiety. We have met with a trainer and had him medicated for his anxiety but he is still suffering. When he gets scared, he snaps and attacks our other dog. We have loud kids and bear does not like sudden movements or loud noises. He gets agitated and pants then moments later attacks our other dog. We have given him walks, we have tried to do everything we have been told to do but it isn’t a safe environment for our other dog and we are afraid our kids will get caught in the middle. He is absolutely fine with our cat and loves to lay around and do very little if anything.
He is loving and loyal. He never shows any aggression toward us and he is a beautiful boy. We got him from a rescue and I believe he may have suffered from abandonment. We absolutely love this dog and are heartbroken but we live in town and our kids friends stop by all the time, we just can’t take the risk of having loud laughing girls and then bear snap and attack our dog or one of them.
