Thank you, for considering adopting a rescued pup in need of love, respect and a warm family and home to call his very own.
This pup is in and will remain in foster care until he has recovered from his neuter surgery, scheduled for DEC 8th. Then, he will be transported to his pre-approved adoptive family on SAT/DEC16th, via Happy Dogs or Lifesavers Rescued Pet Transport svcs, to all points along eastern seaboard and upstate NY, as far N as Manchester, NH, Burlington VT & Albany NY.
dob: September 9, 2017 ....will be ready to go to his fur-ever home on SAT/DEC 23rd, after he has recovered from his neuter surgery scheduled for DEC 18th.
JOEY was rescued the very second he was taken off the truck at Animal Control(high-kill), after past owner relinquished him and his mother(Lab/Blk&TanCoonhoundX). His green eyes, coloration, coat and body shape all says Lab/PitX. Does not resemble his mama in any way.
According to Animal Control, the owners stated that they 'no longer wanted mama and no more babies'. Sadly, complacency is all too common in our area.
Thankfully, because of responsible folks who understand the importance of adopting a rescue, we are making some progress via spaying/neutering/adoption.
SUPER SWEET! Happy little man who warms up quickly to gentle hands and loving cuddles, gets along well with other dogs and respectful kids. As gentle as Joe is, we'd be very surprised if he has any issues with cats, but will be happy to test him, upon your request.
Adoption fee: $250(includes neuter, micro-chip, 2>3puppy boosters, Lepto, Bordatella & Rabies vax, parasite-free, current on flea/tick & heart worm prevention, health certificate, 1/2 gal of his current 'grain-free' dry food, beef knee cap chew bone, Nylabone or KONG chew toy, 'Rescued Dogs Rock' car magnet and 2 'pet alert' wallet cards.
