Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Turbo! This handsome man is 6 years young, and is looking to find his forever home where we would be the center of attention again. Turbo is lovable, gentle, playful - you can see through his eyes into his soul. He loves to play, hike, play tug, sunbathe and most of all, snuggle! He is just as happy on your lap as he is trekking through the woods. He just wants to be close and loved.
Turbo is 1000% house trained and does not destroy or chew our home and furniture. He is neutered, healthy and fully vetted.
Turbo started his life as my husband's 'bachelor' dog and, unfortunately, adding layers the past few years (marriage, another dog, more time-consuming career, more than a few moves, a new son, etc.) has really taken its toll on Turbo. He is jealous and seemingly resentful and has become spontaneously aggressive towards our 18-month-old son. Because of this, we are forced to manage this behavior by keeping Turbo separated from our guests and family when my son is present (which makes him even more upset). In a group of adults, or one-on-one, he is the best dog. He doesn't mind exercise, but doesn't need a ton of it either. Excepting his jealousy issues, it would be hard to find a more well-behaved dog. Our family is truly devastated that we aren't able to make adjustments and keep Turbo happy with our lifestyle. He would certainly LOVE to be the center of attention again and would really brighten the life of his new adopted owner.
