We adopted Koa when he was only 8 weeks old in Yelm, WA in 2013. He is 4 ½ years old and is still an active dog that likes to run and fetch toys. Most of the time he will prefer to nap on your couch or on the floor by your feet or on his doggy bed.
Koa is housetrained and has never had an accident in our home. Koa is very good with kids and understands keeping distance if asked of him. We have a 9-month old baby in the house and he knows to not get too close to her. He understands commands, “Sit,” “Lay down,” “Stay,” “Get back,” “leave it,” “Off,” and “Ok” (release word). He is an English bulldog and with that comes with having an experienced adopter who understands the breed. He can be stubborn a lot of the times so a calm, assertive owner will do best. Koa is very lovable and likes to cuddle with you even though he's big, he sometimes thinks he's a lap dog.
We love Koa very much and we hope you will too!
