Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Iris was a cat that I acquired after a relationship fell apart and the person left without taking her. I've loved her as my own over the past 4 years but now I've been struggling to make ends meet over the last 12 months and times have finally reached my breaking point. I am no longer in a financially stable position to care for her any longer. I will have to be downgrading apartments in the next 6 months and will not be able to afford additional pet fees. I'm rarely home on top of this as I'm working 10+ hours a day to pay my bills on time. Iris is a sweet, affectionate and loving cat who deserves so much more than I'm able to provide. I'm trying to keep her out of a shelter so am desperately trying to find her a loving forever home with a family that has the time and financial means to devote to her needs. Iris has been socialised with children, other cats and small pets. She has never been around dogs so I don't know how she will react but she is not a confrontational cat by any means. She's a cuddle bug and is always asking for attention. She is also bath trained - prefers not to get bathed, but will tolerate it if need be.
