I adopted Piper from The Animal Rescue League of NH in August 2015. She was a baby--only 8 months at the time! I fell in love with her instantly and found more and more to love as we got to know her. She has an extremely laid-back personality. I have never seen her hiss and she would never swat at or bite a person. Even if she's picked up and jiggled around by a child, she would never lash out even if she gets scared. She's fearless around our family golden retriever and will even sleep next to or play with her. She's not one to pick fights with other cats. She hardly ever meows, and when she does, she has the softest, most gentle kitten meow. She enjoys being around the family and will even follow us on walks, but she's not particularly affectionate. She thrives in the outdoors! She loves to roll around in the dirt and go hunting in the woods. Whoever is interested in adopting her MUST be able to keep her as an outdoor cat. I know that's what will make her happiest.
