My name is Chloe, I am a very sweet and lovable girl. I love to sit on the couch and snuggle with my family. My foster family thinks I am the bomb. I am very special in that I love cats and all other dogs. I was rescued from a home where I was kept on a chain as a little puppy. When the neighbors decided they'd had enough they ask the family if they could have me. They gave me up and I became a rescue dog!
