Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"HEY STELLA !!!!" Who doesn't know that iconic line from "A Streetcar Named Desire".
This little ball of fire is always showing us how smart she is for such a young lady. She loves to play fetch and brings it right back to you...she is lovable....has already learned some basic commands ...and can keep up with the best of them.
Stella came to us from an elderly couple who had dogs in the past but forgot how active a puppy can be. Working with Stella on housebreaking and teaching her to "sit" were all accomplished through this couples' time and efforts with her.
Stella is being co-fostered in one foster home with 1 black lab named Champ and another foster home that is a quiet home with no pets.
Stella absolutely loves meeting new people, new dogs and walking. While walking she can be a little skittish when traffic rushes by but is slowly processing the fact that her foster parents will not let her get hurt. Her housebreaking skills include scratching at the door when she needs to go outside.
The rest is all puppy...playful, unsure of herself, friendly, daring, energetic.
STELLA WILL NEED A FAMILY THAT HAS A COMPLETELY FENCED IN YARD. A WROUGHT IRON FENCE IS ONE STELLA CAN FIT THROUGH SO A CHAIN LINK OR PRIVACY WILL BE NEEDED.
SHE WILL BE SPAYED JANUARY 30TH AND NEED TIME TO HEAL.
