I adopted Luna from a shelter that was closing down because I was worried that she would be euthanized. At the time of adoption, she was very hesitant with me but did not seem aggressive. The worker at the shelter informed me that she had just been brought back by her second owners, as they deemed her to have too many behavioral issues after a short time. I agreed to take her home for a few days to see how she acted and then decide if I would like to officially adopt her, and although she displayed some aggressive tendencies, she seemed sweet. Once I adopted her I continued working on socializing her and training her, but it has become evident that her first home had to have been abusive, as training techniques do not work. She is incredibly sweet but does not like new people. I do not have the time or money anymore to do for her what she needs, and I would love to find a new loving home for her that will love her as much if not more than I do. She deserves only the best.
