My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dixie and Jax are still in New Orleans with our rescue but can be easily transported to Lisbon, CT using Rescue Road Trips. Dixie is 3 years old and mainly red. Jax is around 5 or 6 years old and mainly white. They are bonded and given up by their owner who went into a nursing home. They are both healthy and super sweet. We are trying to find them a home together because they are unhappy when separated. They are vaccinated, spayed and neutered, microchipped and heartworm negative. We can do both for the price of one. That means both for $300 rather than $300 per hound which is our normal price. The transport fee, though, cannot be lowered because the transport company has to pay their bills. The transport fee is $185 per dog. We check vet references and do home visits prior to an adoption. We also require that our dogs be on monthly year round heartworm prevention.
