My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh Teddy! We call this kid "hugs" as he gives hugs! What a sweet pooch he is. We scooped this kid up after spotting him on a corner with no one in sight. We fed him some food and we got our first hug. Unable to take him at that very moment, we went back the next day and Teddy was hanging around that corner again. This time there as a fella there who let us know that the dog "just showed up a few weeks ago". As Teddy is the perfect weight and size, we just lifted him in our arms and he was off to begin his new journey. Teddy was LOADED with ticks and it has taken some time for his fur to fill out. We have learned so much about Teddy and feel strongly that he needs to go to a home that has kids and perhaps a dog or two for him to play with. We have not introduced him to cats but we think he would do just fine. Teddy absolutely craves human attention. He just wants to be in the company of anything alive. He gets so sad alone! Teddy is a scruffy mutt! He loves to go on walks, loves car rides and loves to give hugs. He will thrive in a home that is BUSY with kids and animals.
