Dobby is a bubbly, happy go lucky little girl with a sweet personality. She's very playful and loves human attention. This young pup would make a wonderful addition to any family.

The Empty Shelter Project operates as a foster-based animal rescue. We do not have an actual facility for viewing dogs but potential adopters are welcome to meet dogs at our adoption events at PetValu every Sunday from 11-3 (except the first Sunday of the month). If you see a specific pet you would like to meet, please contact us in advance to make sure they will be at the event. PetValu is located at 10079 Market Circle Dr, Manassas VA 20110.
