My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We adopted Joey when we was just a few months old. He is a two year old lab/shepherd mix. We are looking to find Joey his forever home as we feel our home is not the best fit for him, which breaks our heart. Joey would be best in a home as the only pet. He has grown up with an older lab, but tends to try to dominate the other dog and in the past has caused problems. He just completed a 10 week long training course, so he is fully trained. He comes when he is told to, sits, stays, and if you say "off" he will get off whatever you are wanting him to let go of or get away from. He is house trained (he will also tell you when he needs to go outside) and makes a great "guard dog". He needs a loving home that will give him the attention he deserves...all he wants to do is please his owners. He needs an owner who will "work" him and his commands and be stern with him as he tends to want to be alpha. We do have kids which has never been a problem. Any questions please ask!!
