My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beatrix had a rough start in life. She lived in a U-Haul with about 20 other Chihuahuas where she constantly had puppies and wasn't given all the care she needed. When animal control seized the dogs, we took her in to rehab her. She wasn't in too bad of shape physically but she was very shy. We have had her since December and she has totally blossomed! Beatrix is the opposite of shy now. She is one of our most friendly pups. She is just grateful and happy all the time! Beatrix loves to zip around, give kisses, cuddle and loves sleeping under the blankets with someone. She gets along great with other dogs and cats and we hope she finds a home where she can have a dog sibling. She would also be fine with kids. Her only issue is that she has some separation anxiety because she doesn't like to be alone (she never lived alone before). We would love for her to go to a home with someone who works from home or is able to take a pet with them. She is just 2 years old, only about 10 lbs, spayed, microchipped and vaccinated.
