Meet Mr.Jake: This active and energetic Labrador/Shepherd mix is sweet and affectionate and a bit goofy, but gets along well with other dogs of similar size and even dog-savvy cats (cats that will stand their ground and not run, he will chase) He's a little too rough for little dogs or small kids. He does not mind being crated and is fine with being an only dog, but can also live with other dogs, as long as he gets the exercise he needs to get his energy out, so daily walking/jogging/ball-playing is highly recommended, or he might get bored and get himself in trouble. He is mostly housetrained and does well with a "belly band" at the moment but is learning quickly.
