My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful little dog is approx 3 years and 14.5 lbs. He looks like a cairn terrier mix. He is a sweet little dog and loves to sit on your lap. He does well with the other dogs when running and playing and enjoys their company. He does not like to share his food or treats, so should be fed separately if there is another dog in the home. He did test positive for heartworms and has been treated with the recommended series of shots, we require that the dogs be kept on heart guard as a monthly preventative. He is still working on his house training and will need consistency. He does well on a leash and loves to run and play with his toys. We require a home with no children under 12 years of age

The total adoption cost of $525 includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration . The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. All our dogs are in foster care, there is no physical shelter. Some have not yet arrived in PA.
