These days it seems that everyone wants a piece of Chip and Joanna Gaines and here comes your opportunity. Magnolia, or Maggie if you prefer, is a two year old sweetheart! Magnolia weighs around 50 pounds and has pretty high energy levels. She loves to play fetch, tug-o-war, and chase her ball in the yard. Magnolia does well on a leash but can be a little timid at times. She is interested in cats, but does not chase them, and does great with other dogs. When meeting new people, Magnolia can be weary at first but will approach if her dog buddies do! She does well with children but would probably do best with kids over five, or old enough to understand when she needs her personal space. This smart girl is fully housebroken, knows a few basic commands, and will make your heart melt when you see her ears perk up to tell you she is ready to play. Magnolia tends to sprint out of open doors (including the car) and still enjoys chewing on the finer things in life, such as your shoes. As long as she has appropriate toys to chew on, valuables are usually left alone. Does Magnolia sound like the dog for you? Could she be your perfect “Fixer Upper”? We can promise she’s worth every penny of her list price ;)
