Meet WILSON!!

Wilson is a 1-2 year old, 22 pound, neutered male, Lhasa Apso mix.

Wilson was found as a stray, and rescued by a good Samaritan. He was horribly matted, dirty, and had been on the streets for some time.

Wilson, besides being adorable, is quite stoic and yet very entertaining. He is smart, and can be stubborn. His determination to set his own pace likely stems from his days of having to fend for himself while living on the street. He gets along with most of the dogs in his foster home, but can be picky with some, but not all, other males. He is a good boy for the right person. He has been a joy. He does very well in a crate, and does his potty business outside if kept on a consistent schedule.

Wilson is heartworm negative, current on vaccinations and flea and heartworm preventive, and is micro-chipped. He comes with a health certificate to travel.

Wilson's preferred home has a secure fenced in yard, someone patient enough to let him settle into a new home and routine, no other male dogs, and no children under 12 please.

Wilson is currently in a foster home in San Antonio TX and can be transported to your area once adopted. All adopters must meet requirements.

Wilson is available through Lytle Animal Allies, a 501c3. His adoption fee is $185, and transport fee to the East coast via Rescue Road Trips is $185.
