This story breaks my heart. Arnold, came in with Mopsie after being abandoned together in an apartment. A New Dawn was thrilled when a couple open their doors to the loving pair. You can't image our disappoint when La Porte Animal Control called and told us the people surrendered by his owner without Mopsie. All we can do is pray they are taking good care of Mopsie and find Arnold a great forever home.
