Hello, my name is Winston. I am a 2-year-old Yorki-Poo and I am eagerly awaiting my furrrever home. I am full of energy and love to play with my toys. When I am not running around and playing, I love to cuddle up next to my foster family and snooze. When my foster moms leave for work I find my favorite toys and lay in my crate, eagerly awaiting a treat. When they get home from work I am so excited to see them. We are working on containing my excitement by having me sit in order to receive a rubdown, but when you miss your humans so much, it is just so hard not to jump over the moon!! At night my foster moms are nice enough to let me take over the bed, and boy do I ever.
I love to be around my foster family at all times, whether they are cooking, cleaning, or watching television. My foster moms have been socializing me with other dogs and it is going very well. They have also been working really hard to socialize me to male humans, as I am not too fond of them. We use the “no touch, no talk, no eye contact” technique when any male visitor comes to the house so that I may get used to their smells and approach them when I feel comfortable.
I am very excited to meet my furrrever family and sniffing out my new furrrever home. I promise to love you and cuddle you every night if you will let me.
Winston is also fully vetted. All of his shots are utd, he is neutered, heartworm tested negative, and micro chipped.
