We started fostering Juno in December. We got her from our friend who runs a dog rescue non-profit. She responded well to training and is now house-trained and doing very well on leash. I was hoping my allergies (allergic to dogs and cats) would be ok but they aren't. So we need to find a new and loving home for her.
Juno sleeps through the night. She stays at home alone during the days and does well. She likes to chew and will mostly use her toys but shoes should be kept away from her. She is very sweet and loves to sit in a lap. She can fetch, stay and come when called.
At about 14 lbs. she is very small. She has the size and shape of a chihuahua but looks like a shepherd mix. The Vet puts her age at about 12-13 months. She is black with a white stripe down her chest and brown speckled legs and paws. She likes other dogs and has met many while walking. She is friendly with them and would likely do well with a dog companion in the home.
We are looking for the right home for Juno.
