We rescued Tinker from a shelter when we lived in California, is very friendly with other dogs, and cats. We believe her prior owner were elderly, as she tends to gravitate towards my 81 year-old Mother-in-Law. She is very friendly towards other adults she just met, but does not seem too patient with young children aged 4 and 5 that was visiting for the first time. She did not get aggressive towards them, but you could tell she was getting upset. Tinker is up to date on all her shots (required for Calif.), and is micro-chipped. We have the paperwork somewhere in a box, and hope to find it soon.
We are trying to find a new home for Tinker because suffers from separation anxiety, and will destroy the walls if left alone. She also has run away five times in the two months that we have lived here, so we have to use a cable to keep her from running away since the front is not fenced. When we do this, and move past the range of the cable (60 feet) the separation anxiety kicks in.
