Soy is sure to send shock waves straight to your heart. His personality is electrifying and he has a magnetic charm. Soy is being surrendered to rescue due to a change in his family’s circumstances. He is a very loving boy who is friendly with everyone, both people and other pets. Soy has been neutered, microchipped, is current on all shots, has tested negative for heartworm, and has had a recent dental. He will be professionally groomed before adoption and will go home with a new leash and collar.
