My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cheddar is a community cat in our neighborhood. We got to know him over the past few months; he's great with humans but didn't get along all that well with cats and dogs in the neighborhood. One of our neighbors wanted to call animal control to get him, but I stepped in to help find him a forever home. He is now registered as part of Kitten Rescue's Community Foster program.

We took Cheddar in for his shots, testing, deworming and microchipping on 2/23 -- he's a brave boy who didn't flinch once during any of the procedures! He is also neutered. Cheddar was diagnosed as FIV+ as part of the testing. This condition is passed through deep bite wounds and nursing, so it's very hard to transmit to other cats. He is otherwise completely healthy!

Cheddar's personality took a complete 180 upon coming inside. He's friendly, sweet and constantly purring. He's best in a home to himself due to his FIV+ status and history with cats/dogs outside. Please consider adopting this great boy!
