Meet Captain Jack Sparrow, aka Jack! He is a 4 year old, 11 lb. black and tan Manchester Terrier.

Jack had a rough start until he was saved by 3R. He came with a broken leg and injured eye. Now he is recovered and looking for his new family. True to his breed he is independent and curious and has adjusted just fine to having one eye and three legs.

Captain Jack or ‘Jack’ as he is known at 3R, has a great funny personality. He greets his humans with whole-body wags and kisses. Don’t try to ignore him or he will give you a gentle tug on your pant leg or untie your shoe to get your attention.

He is a medium energy guy who loves toys, going for walks or rides in the car. He is house-trained and knows how to use the dog door. Jack is very smart and learns quickly. He would be good in a 2-dog home with a dog his size or as an ‘only child’. Jack would not be suitable in a home with small children or cats. Jack loves to snuggle right beside you on the couch and settles in for the night when the day is done. He is a great age – no puppy stuff to deal with! Jack is a wonderful companion who certainly deserves a second chance and would love to be part of your family.
