I was dumped in an after-hours drop box at a rural shelter – it was dark, there were other animals in there, I had no idea where I was or why I was put there ...I was scared. What would happen to me? Would anybody care? The memory is fading thanks to Maine Coon Rescue rescuing me from the shelter the next day. Thank goodness my time there was short.
My foster mom adores me! She named me Winston and tells me that I am special and loving, that I deserve the very best home possible. And she loves my meow – “Oh my gosh, he has the littlest meow!” I love it when she brushes me; it feels sooooo good!
As much as I love my foster mom, I know I can’t stay here so I am interviewing candidates to give me a new home. I am healthy, friendly, affectionate, have good litter box habits, and get along with other cats. I don’t know any dogs so I am not sure how I feel about them but I am sure I can probably adjust. I think I would love kids too. I promise to be a good kitty and give you all the love I have. Please submit that application so you can take me home!
