Sasha is a wonderfully sweet girl.   She is DEFINITELY a COMPANION cat!  She loves to be with her people.   Sasha will do best as the only cat in a home.  I suspect she might be just a little jealous of other cats.  :)  She was surrendered to MCR and has been a true delight to get to know.   Sasha came to MCR very overweight and has been on weight management food since she arrived at her foster Mom's  home.  She is doing wonderfully on her weight management plan.   She had literally been 'loved'  too much by her original owner who gave her lots of  'no no'  people foods. Her beautiful self was hidden because she had become so overweight she wasn't capable of even grooming  This was depressing Sasha and it showed.   Her owner passed away and Sasha was placed with a relative that already had five cats  This new girl just didn't fit in at this home.    She has become very affectionate with her foster mom and has a very tender soul.  Sasha craves her foster mom's attention and is a very gentle giant at 19 pounds. She knows how to use 'no claws'  paws to give affection!   Sasha has a very mild special need since she is still a little over her optimum weight.  She will need to remain on weight management food and will need a patient owner to make sure she continues improve in this area.  Sasha is a wonderfully charming typical quiet, chatty, loving, aloft Mainely Coon Mix that is waiting for her FINALLY FOREVER home.   Sasha is located near Athens Georgia.  Transport is available for additional fee.
