cream tabby pedigreed 4 yr old Maine coon girl

Maine Lvrs Cosette Adele is a gorgeous cream tabby pedigreed Maine coon girl and is a true diva. She loves the laser pointer and the cat dancer wand toy. She also loves to talk. When I come home at night, I am immediately scolded for being gone, and told that attention must be paid immediately! After a minute or two she's had enough, whereupon she retreats to the top of the cat tree and surveys her domain. Rub her all over her head and chin and ears, and she'll purr up a storm, complete with kitty cat kisses.

She's truly a beautiful little darling. At about 12.5 lbs, she's not particularly large. But all of that hair! Her previous owners, heartbroken at having to give her up, had told me that she was not a fan of being groomed. So that's something we're working on. And she truly does take care of herself very well. Once a week or so with a brush and she'd be fine.

Cosette's divaness is evident when it is time to be groomed. It has to be on her terms. As long as I concentrate on her head and under her chin, she's ecstatic. Do NOT touch her tail, though. So I think she's good with cats and dogs. But I'd have to say no to small children. She'd probably be great as an only where she gets 100% of the attention.
