My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SUGAR is a Chihuahua, just over a year old. She was just a puppy when she came to us - that was a year ago! We got a call from some concerned folks who had seen her running around the streets of their neighborhood for a week during the coldest weather we have had in a long time. They kept her in the house when it got really cold and called us. She is a beautiful little girl. She is not a tiny Chihuahua, weighs 9 lbs, and is very active and loves to run and play rough with the other dogs here. She would be very unhappy if she didn't have another small dog to play with. While she has been here with us (since November 2017!) she has made many friends in the dogs that have come here and gone on to their new homes, but she needs a home of her own.
