My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sammy is a 30 pound, 2-year-old cattle dog mix. We think he would be the perfect agility partner! He is a distinct member of the 'tri-pawed' club due to a past hit-by-car injury. He does great running around on three legs and does not let it slow him down one bit. Sammy is a very high energy dog, as lends to his breed. He is going to need to go to a home where he gets plenty of exercise.

Sammy is too interested in chasing cats to go to a home with them. We also need to make sure he goes to a home without children since he herds them. He is a great hiking buddy. He is very intelligent and picks up on commands fast. He knows sit, down, stay, place, and come. He also loves to cuddle. Sammy does well with dogs in public like the dog park, but needs to have a fellow high-energy dog to live with to keep up with him.
