ADOPTED
Jackson is amazing you would never know he was blind he gets around great! If there was ever a dog that deserved the best forever home it's Jackson! This sweet boy came to us with untreated glaucoma that had robbed his vision and left him with severe pain in his eyes. He was also heart worm positive. Jackson had both of his painful eyes removed. Through all this Jackson had always been nothing but the best and sweetest boy you could ever meet. Don't let the loss of Jackson's eyes bother you because it doesn't bother him! He gets along as well as a fully visual dog but will need a secure fenced yard (no exceptions). Jackson loves all people and all other dogs. He seems to be mostly house trained and can use a doggie door. He is crate trained if needed but prefers to sleep in bed with you. Jackson is a 7-8 year old neutered Cocker Spaniel who weighs around 22 lbs. He is vaccinated and micro-chipped. He has been treated for heart worms and his new owners will need to keep him on preventative so he never has to go through that treatment again. He would probably do best with kids 10 and older. Jackson also has had a dental. His adoption fee is $85.00 but he is truly priceless.
