Missy is a stunning purebred Maine Coon with a soft, luxurious coat. She is a real beauty. Missy is very people-friendly, she can be shy initially but warms up quickly, even to those she has not met before. She is a real sweetheart - very loving and affectionate, loves to rub up against you to be petted and groomed. Missy rolls around on the rug and invites you to rub her belly. She likes to talk to you with a gentle meow and has a wonderfully loud purr.

Missy was surrendered by her owner who developed health problems and could no longer take care of her. She is well behaved and has no problems using the litter box or with scratching furniture. Missy would be a perfect companion to a single person or couple in a quiet home as an only cat or perhaps with an older cat who is laid back and likes feline company. She comes from a home where she was the only cat so if she were to be adopted into a home with another cat she would need a slow and patient introduction. If you want a friendly sweet cat, Missy is the one for you!
