Say hello to Hershey!! He is sugary sweet and full of 1 year old puppy energy. Toys are his favorite; he will play with them for hours! He also enjoys going for walks. Hershey's not only sweet but smart too! He already knows some commands such as "sit" and "down" and he's eager for some training to perfect his leash walking skills and learn even more commands!
Hershey currentl y lives with senior cats and is always excited to see them but would probably do better in a home with other younger, active animals as he wants to play with everyone!! His foster mom says he is a love bug who enjoys giving "hugs" and "kisses!" Hershey was surrendered to the NYCACC due to landlord issues and deserves a loving and loyal home that will continue to train him and care for him for the rest of his long life! Hershey is scheduled to have surgery this week to correct his bilateral cherry eye so he will be all ready for adoption!
