I'm Chipper, a short-haired boy with shiny black markings. (Note how my tall ears flatter my little face.) I came to the shelter on April 19th as a stray. I was three weeks old then. With age comes wisdom. I've come to the conclusion that I don't like being a stray. I want to be someone's kitty! Imagine me, beautifying your home and enhancing your life. This kitty is at a remote facility but can be transported for a meeting with an approved application.
