My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm Sissy and while I'm not a sissy, I am very shy. I'm a spayed girl with calico and tabby markings. I came to the shelter on May 22nd. I was a year old then, and had lived in a barn. Since I am timid, I'd be fine as either a house cat or a barn cat. Even though humans scare me a little, I'm not a bit aggressive. I may just try to avoid you if I become frightened. That's all. But let me tell you about my barn skills: I'm great at scaring away mice. Nobody lives in your barn unless you or I say it's okay! So I'm quite the catch (no pun intended). If you're up for it, you can gently introduce me to house living or if you have a nice, warm barn that needs a kitty, that's fine too. I'll just be happy to have a loving home, inside or out.

This kitty is at a remote facility but can be transported for a meeting with an approved application. Can you save this kitty? * Our kitties are: Spayed/neutered, combo tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids, up-to-date on vaccines, treated for parasites, and most have microchips. Our adoption fees are low. Most are $125. Our kitties over three years old are generally $100.
