My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Barnaby is a sweet Basset/Corgi mix (best guess), and is 26# of pure love and calm affection. Barnaby's "happy place" would be in an adult home (little kids make him nervous) with no cats, and maybe one same-size dog buddy... or he'd love being the only dog and having the humans all to himself!  He also needs a fenced yard to run/play in, he is super fast and loves to zoom around!  He is a bit toy-protective, so a toy-free home is best (he's a "cheap date" that way). Barnaby is housebroken, crate-trained, and loves to sleep on the humans' bed (or on a dog bed if he has to).  He loves long walks/exploring, running around in the fenced yard with his foster siblings, learning new things, and cuddling up with his people-- he is a champion snuggler!  His ideal family would be willing to love and help him shine by continuing his training. Barnaby will return that love and loyalty a thousand-fold!
