I don’t know how to put this… but I’m kind of a big deal. Allow me to introduce myself – I’m Gordon. Are you in the market for a new best friend? About yea high, and yea long? I’m 8 years young and quite the catch if I must say so myself. CBHR and my foster mom have done an excellent job at getting me all spiffed up and ready for my forever home. And now it’s GO TIME! I’ve even picked up a few tricks along the way. I almost have “sit” down to a science. I know what you’re thinking… how do I get my name on the list for this MENSA card toting hound? Call CBHR and fill out an application – that’s how! I love cats and dogs and my favorite place to sleep is next to one of my four legged friends, usually with my head on them. I love being outside and sniffing new things. I may have not been an inside pet in my former life, but I’ve got that covered now. There are so many things to play with indoors, including those fancy toys from the toy box. I get excited and act like a puppy at feeding time and for outdoor play. Playing chase is a favorite pastime of mine. In fact, it’s a nightly ritual. I’m a pretty good leash walker, but I do like to stop and smell the roses, what hound doesn’t? I’m an independent thinker whose energy can seem limitless at times, and oh how I enjoy the company of other humans and dogs. Car rides are also very cool, and just wait until you come home from work and I shower you with affection, you’ll be so glad you returned! I certainly have blossomed in my new foster home and can’t wait to meet you. So what are you waiting for? Ask for me – Gordon! 12/12/13
