Momma is in our pack and doing great. She's learning the doggy door to go in or out. Loves attention and petting. She's already learning the underground fence routine too. More updates to come as we get to know her. )..................... Out of the kennel she is a wonderful dog. Sweet and learning her manners. Loves to sit for treats! She is VERY strong and active. I believe she may be mixed with border collie, so am adding some BC rescuers. She has the most gorgeous white coat. She does not like children her height. I have also learned that if she is left alone in the play yard, she will scale the fence. She is fine if there are other dogs there and stays put. She will make a great pet in the right circumstances… she just needs that chance. WEIGHT: 47 Pounds HOUSETRAINED: Yes PERSONALITY: Very sweet and affectionate once she warms up to you (loves to give kisses!) BEHAVIORS: She can be shy and fearful, but warms up fairly quick. people may need to go a little slow, but she is very sweet and affectionate once opened up. could benefit from some confidence building. Her energy level goes up as she becomes comfortable, so she will likely need lots of exercise and mental stimulation to keep her busy. very smart and active. BITE HISTORY: None INTERACTION W/ DOGS AND CATS: Momma T goes out in a play group with other dogs. She has a very rough and tumble play style. INTAKE: Brought in by a member of the public on 8/19/17, finder claims the dog was dumped out of a truck outside her residence. No collar, tags or microchip found on intake.
