Howard has not had an easy life like a Basset should. We do not know his history but he seems to want unconditional love from anyone willing to give it. He is currently healing from teeth extractions and he will be neutered very soon. Howard needs a few groceries and a little time to heal. He is heartworm negative and would make a wonderful playmate for anyone. Please fill out an application for more information.
