Charlotte spent her entire life in a pen until she was finally turned over to the local ACO. Needless to say she came to foster care very scared and timid. She has flourished in her foster home. She is house trained and gets along fine with cats and dogs, but will chase birds. She loves to go for walks and lay by your side on the sofa. She loves the attention of her female foster parent but is very cautious around her male foster parent. She is cautious around new things...that doggie door is intimidating! Strangely the cat door is just fine. She likes to chew on plastic objects, like her dog bowl, and rawhide or pig ears. Charlotte will bark at strangers and new things but once she gets to know you she will be a loyal friend. Please give Charlotte a chance for a new life in a warm and friendly furever home.
