My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Did you know that some pretty famous people were owners of Yorkshire Terriers?
Author and humorist Erma Bombeck who penned several books and actor Richard Basehart who starred in Voyage the Bottom of the Sea were among those who had these beautiful terriers as their family pets.

But let's talk about this particular pet named Keira. Cute as a bug, smart as a whip and loves to cuddle when she's not playing with her chihuahua foster sisters Holly, Bambi and Precious. The foster mom and dad get a big kick out of this little lady who is enjoying life to the fullest.

Keira came to us from a family who just didn't have anymore time for her. Work and travels kept the family busy and out of the home. Keira was well taken care of in boarding but it's not the same as if she got to lay next to someone she loved in the evening.

Keira LOVES to walk and explore everything around her. At 5 years old Keira may just be discovering the world for the first time.

Keira is a 5 year old Yorkie/Papillon mix, 8 pounds, UTD on vaccinations, spayed and micro chipped.
