I took Charlie in from a neglectful owner who left him outdoors 100% of the time. He also is a bit timid and squirmish that suggests he could have been hit as well. Upon taking Charlie in I have gotten him neutered and his first round of vaccines. Charlie is almost completely house trained but still has accidents now and then as he is used to being outside quite a bit. He is a very loving dog and is very mild mannered. He minds his own business around most dogs but loves to play with my German Shepard mix. He is still very socially awkward as he spend a year out in a yard by himself as a pup and isn’t all that good with socializing but he has come a LONG way since I took him in on that front. He seems to be a pure bred Shar Pei which means it is recommended to bath him frequently or at least clean his wrinkles as he can get stinky quick. As with most shar peis his ears are prone to ear infections and is currently being treated for one.
